Located in Guitera-les-bains, Chez Paul Antoine is first and foremost a family-run business, where expertise in charcuterie and local cuisine has been passed down through four generations.
As well as the charcuterie for which it is renowned, Paul-Antoine is unrivalled when it comes to cooking tians (simmered dishes in sauce) such as pork and potato steaks, beans with panzetta, veal with myrtle or veal with chestnuts.
