Nutrition and balanced diet workshop for people aged 60 and over
Workshop led by Mrs CIANFARANI (dietician and nutritionist)
Objective of the workshop: to raise awareness and inform the adult and senior population about the importance of a balanced diet for maintaining good health, and to become aware of its repercussions on well-being, ageing well, preventing obesity and maintaining a good quality of life.
The theme focuses on balanced nutrition, developing : The different food groups, the specificity of nutrients, how to compose one’s plate and what impact our diet has on our health (notions of cardiovascular risks, musculoskeletal disorders, importance of sleep, physical activity, lifestyle…).
