So early said, so early done! After training to learn all the steps of making precious sweets, Véronique Léoni began the adventure and created the brand “Dolci Corsi”. The idea to gather our productions in the same brand to give more visibility and impact on our project, explains Véronique.
Two decades later, the bet of three castaneicultrices is a true success as the fame of glazed marron, “Dolci Corsi” is done.In spite of the success, Véronique wants to keep its artisanal profile of her production: “I enjoy controlling all the steps of the making. I could certainly make more but I prefer to go on doing it well.” To satisfy her customs, Véronique had to diversify her production.
“With our chestnut jam, we also made specialty candied chestnuts with eau de vie and homemade tangerine jams, or cedrat or fig jams. This allows us to offer a large panel for our customs.” Everything to satisfy all the gourmets of Taravo and elsewhere.
