Noëllie Andreucci, is as her family, a young pig breeder of Zevaco, in fact she is Angeot and Nadia Andreucci’s daughter who have the inn “U Taravu” in the heart of the village. If some people have childhood memories in a public garden or at a foot of their building but for Noellie Andreucci has grown in the middle of pigs led by his father and family cooking in her mother’s inn. It could not be different for the young woman because her youth was led by his exceptional and atypical environment.
“Since I was young, I knew what I would do later, it was obvious in my mind” explains the young breeder. She followed agricultural studies which are necessary to create her exploitation, but the most important part of her professional formation was ever acquired since a long time thanks to her parents.
Today Noëllie shares her time according to seasons between the picking of chestnuts in autumn and the making of charcuterie in winter and the necessary help at the inn. A true destiny of the young working girl nustrale !
