Highlighting the richness of the organic farming of Domaine Cappa with its lambs raised in the open air, its fruits and its jams, you can also discover all the know-how of the Taravo farmers during a meal in the form of from a unique menu.
Perched at an altitude of 460m in the village of Albitreccia, Domaine CAPPA offers an authentic journey where quality is the key word. Its farmland, orchard, sheep and splendid 19th century building invite you to discover this place full of history in the heart of the Taravo valley.
Born into a family of farmers and stockbreeders in Sainte-Marie-Siché for four generations, Frédéric learnt everything by working with his parents and grandparents in the middle of orchards. The preserves and jams prepared by his grandmother, which filled the cupboards, but also the cheeses produced by his father and sold by his mother, have shaped Frédéric’s entrepreneurial spirit. Unable to develop further the production of milk for cheese, but wanting to develop the family farm, it was the orchards that served as pasture for the ewes that called him towards his reconversion. This indefatigable entrepreneur knew how to develop and exploit his family land by turning the fruit into jam. It was at the beginning of the jam production that Elisa joined the adventure to accompany Frédéric with love and passion.
The estate also welcomes you for your celebrations in a 19th century building entirely renovated with taste and refinement that we offer a privileged space for your future events (weddings, christenings, CE, …). This place stands out for its calm, for its charm and simplicity where the landscaped areas with endemic species have been developed over time with art and passion.
