Yves Buresi had chosen a medical way, but the fortunes of life made him go on another way and he received bee stitches with which he shares his life for more than 30 years.
The least we can say, he quickly loved it: “I was one of the pioneer of the professional apiculture in Corsican where I participated with others, to the building of a network” he explains. “I made the choice for a life in communion with nature and I force myself to follow the rhythm. The exploitation is situated at the heart of the prehistoric site of Basi, reference of Corsican archeology and gives a honey whose taste has not certainly changed since millenarian. I am fascinated to think that our ancestors could taste the same product as I reap today” he tells with enthusiasm. Here, ever since, each season brings many essences mellifere, Yves Buresi takes from it, the best quintessence since more than three decades.
