La Table du Domaine Cappa welcomes you every Thursday from the 4th May 2023 to offer you an unforgettable moment in complete privacy.
It is above all out of love for the land and its products that the CAPPA Estate wanted to highlight the richness of its farm as well as that of the Taravo micro region. It is around the table that you will find all the know-how of the different farmers and friends that you can also meet during a meal or an evening at the Domaine. The short circuit is the key word of this concept “from the earth to the table”.
The Domaine’s lamb is honoured with its tasty, refined meat and fine flesh. Its taste value comes from the well-being of the animals which graze on 65 hectares of meadow which are more than enough for their good development.
The farm’s fruit and jams will also be present at La Table.
Other products from pork butchers, market gardeners, shepherds and wine growers have been carefully selected in the area surrounding the estate, from Porto Pollo to Zicavo, passing through Azilone and Grosseto.
All the other ingredients that will be present on La Table not produced in the micro region will be exclusively produced or processed on the island.
La Table du Domaine Cappa aims to be a privileged place, which is why it will be open one evening a week, with a limited number of seats.
