The restaurant of the Auberge Kallisté welcomes you for a choice of 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts changing daily according to the rhythm of our farm, the season and the chef’s moods.
Our farm with its 5000m2 vegetable garden where we grow all our vegetables, our chickens and our Corsican pigs provide a large part of the products on the table. Our meats are raised only on the island and come from our farm for the charcuterie and pork, the lambs are raised by Séraphin (Cédric’s father). For the rest we guarantee Corsican products from a small natural agriculture.
We work with Alain, our independent fisherman from the Gulf of Valinco, and our goat’s milk and cheese come from the BERGERIE de Campomoro: our friends Nicolas and Sam.
