Walk : A shadowy way, in splendid eucalyptus agreeable in family, it is possible by VTT.
Description : From Porticcio to Mare & Sole, about 14 km so 18 minutes by car.
Itinerary : From Porticcio, follow RN 55, drive about 15 km to the beach of Mare & Sole also named “Plage d’Argent”, due to its sand being very white. At the end of the last straight line in the turn, you will find on your left a small parking and a sign ONF, when you can park. Again 100 meters along the road and take the first way on the left, after the fire panel. Follow this way for about 10 minutes and slowly go up in the eucalyptus. Once arrived at this place, take the left way through the cork oak and bushes. It is shadowy at about 20 km. After 25 minutes of walk you will arrive at a sight on the beach near a lone pine. See the arrow orange on the rock which shows to quit the road for another path. A short descent furrowed leads you to a creek (40 minutes), where ruins hidden a tiny water mill. The river crossing with a small natural swimming-pool. It is loved by children for a little break. Go up in front of rocks, you will arrive in an agreeable grove of cork oaks. Turn to the right towards a small nice house in ruins dated 1786 (written on the door). Then, you go to the path of myrthe (done by ONF). Follow the beacon, the path goes down slowly towards a small wooden gateway(1h00) then go on straight towards the sea(1h15) letting on the right the electrical substation of Pietrosella.
